One of the first things you will notice when you meet or speak with me is that I am NOT a high-pressure salesperson. As a matter of fact, I am not a salesperson at all. I am a full time licensed REALTOR focusing on helping people and families with their home buying and selling needs. Buying or Selling a home is a very important part of a person's life. I take great pride in taking care of my clients. It is my philosophy, that if I can't do something right or to the best of my abilities, I do not want to do it. This carries over into the way I work with clients in real estate. I have assembled a team of REALTORS, all experts in what they specialize in, to work with and assist our clients professionally and to very high levels of service. Our team has Buyers Agents available for each valley city. The agents are true experts in the area they represent. We also have a Listing Team who are highly trained in real estate marketing and customer service. In addition, we have a support team, employed exclusively by our team, to handle managing the office, transaction management, and client care.
We are all partners in this transaction and our goal is to make the process as simple as possible for you. We will utilize technology whenever possible to make the process easier and less stressful for both of us. I am a very honest and direct person who very much enjoys real estate and working with and helping my clients.

- Having lived and worked in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Ahwatukee, I have personal knowledge of many Valley neighborhoods.
- As a very outgoing and personable individual, I will make sure your real estate experience is both enjoyable and educational. I have two licensed REALTORS as full time assistants who will do everything they can to minimize any inconvenience for you. We are hard-working and aggressive and will stay on top of every aspect of the transaction to eliminate any last minute surprises.
- I began my real estate career with CENTURY 21 where I took advantage of all of their great training. As our team grew, we felt Keller Williams had a lot more to offer our growing team, and we made the move in March of 2006. In July 2008, we opened our own brokerage, Solutions Real Estate.
- Previous career in the United States Air Force and civilian sector. Electrical Engineering background in communications systems as well as consultative Inventory Management for major companies such as General Dynamics and Motorola.
- I have been taking college classes almost continuously since 1986. Primary study included Electrical Engineering and Business Management at University of Massachusetts and Arizona State University.
- I am originally from Massachusetts and have been married for over 15 years to Kimberley and have two wonderful children, Kyle David and Evan Reece.
